I had a mixed experience with Sew With Me. On one hand, the quality of the products I purchased was excellent and they were delivered on time. On the other hand, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my queries and even then, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, while I'm happy with my purchase, I think Sew With Me could improve their customer support.
