I recently had the opportunity to work with Bchc Education Fund INC and I must say, their services were average. Although they were able to deliver on the promises they made, I expected a little more professionalism from them. The customer service was okay and the prices were reasonable. However, there were some delays in getting my project completed. Overall, it was an average experience.
