My husband ordered supplies for his diabetic care. When we opened one of the boxes, it was empty. We called to have the box replaced (Over 2 weeks ago). We don t have time to wait on hold for 30+ minutes whenever we have to call them, but we did speak with a rep and they said I will look into it and somebody will give you a call within 24 hours. 2 weeks later, I m calling again and all they do is transfer you around to wait on hold. When you request a callback, nobody ever calls back. They bill your insurance for supplies and don t send anything and when you need a resupply, nobody is there to take your call. Can t log in on their website for some reason. I m currently waiting on hold for 23 minutes now just to speak with a manager. Don t let this company take your money. Find another supplier. We laughed during their automated mission statement recording. They do not care about their patients AT ALL.
