Called late on a Friday evening and although he was 20 miles further than 2 I called previously not only was he more helpful on the phone he was cheaper! When he arrived shortly after we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed, even offered to stop for refreshments which was a blessing itself! I cant say how much effort this guy went to, a credit to the recovery trade!
