I had a mixed experience with Faith On The Move, LLC. While the website bobandhisbus.com was easy to navigate, their customer service could use some improvement. The staff was not very responsive and it took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory answer to my questions. However, once the booking was confirmed, everything went smoothly and the bus was clean and comfortable.
