From the first day I stepped into the academy I felt welcome.
I bought a Groupon for their kickboxing classes and didn't know what to expect. When I got there I was greeted with friendly faces and wonderful people. No one pressured me to join and just encouraged me to do what I could and enjoy myself and that's exactly what I did. The instructors are great. I'm always happy to see all of them even though after the workout I want to die! LOL Everyone should come in and try out one of their many classes. You won't be disappointed!
