I had a mixed experience with Apex Maritime CO Lax. While their customer service was top-notch and they were responsive to my inquiries, the overall process was a bit slow. It took longer than expected for my shipment to arrive. However, once it did arrive, everything was in good condition. I would rate my experience as average.
