Hello! Good Morning! Good Afternoon and Goodnight!

My name is Raymond. I have the distinct pleasure of working with none other than Jamie Arancibia! She is wonderful and positive each time in response emails and phone calls! I value working with WCAP as well as with Jamie because she puts a smile on my face each time I hear her voice on the phone. I can tell she is smiling on the phone as well.

This is good because I can tell she enjoys her responsibilities as well as her clients. She makes sure to put the client first. I know Jamie probably has allot of clients yet I know with each client not just me she puts them first!

I value the fact that Jamie understands her clients situation and adds flexibility with each solution. I value how she cares about her clients and that each challenge is met with promptness! I respect who she is as a person and the credibility of her character. It is a blessing and a pleasure to work with her as well as WCAP!

On a quick note, I also want to say thank you Caitlin Simone. I thank her for also handling some questions I had when Jamie was on vacation. She took care of each request in a timely fashion as well!
