I had a wonderful experience with Seaport Real Estate and Stephanie Workman as my realtor. I was worried about being out of my depth, buying a home as a single person, but Stephanie made the whole process so simple to understand. Setting a budget, determining size and location, how much of a "fixer-upper" was appropriate, were all handled very smoothly. I love being a homeowner and I can't recommend Stephanie highly enough!
