The hardwood flooring I purchased from Hootie Hardwood, INC was just okay. The quality was satisfactory, and the installation process was smooth. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, it's an average experience with Hootie Hardwood, INC.
