I had a mixed experience with Sierra West Jewelers...

I had a mixed experience with Sierra West Jewelers. While the quality of the jewelry was good, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other stores. The customer service was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
