The customer service at Arkmont is absolutely terrible. I had an issue with a product I purchased and it took forever to get a response from their support team. When I finally did get a response, they were unhelpful and not at all considerate of my problem. It's really disappointing to see a company with such a high rating provide such poor customer service.
