I have been banking with Calif Center Bank Western Branch for over five years now and I can confidently say that their services are average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the online banking experience could definitely be improved. There have been times where I have encountered technical issues or delays in processing transactions. Overall, it's a decent bank, but there is room for improvement.
