AMS Retail Solutions provides average service. I have used their services for a few months now, and I am not overly impressed. While they have some good aspects, such as prompt email responses and a user-friendly website, overall I find their service to be mediocre. The accuracy of their reporting is inconsistent, and there have been instances where I have had to follow up multiple times to get errors corrected. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
