Two days ago I came home from camping wanting a shower, only to find the water service to my house failed at the connection to the main in the street. My daughter had already contacted public works unbeknownst to me and by the time I pulled up in front of my house A City crew had a backhoe, dump truck and a jackhammer on scene with a hole dug in the middle of the street big enough to fit a small car in. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and had me back in operation within a few hours.
Unfortunately today at 3:15 PM one of the new fittings at my water meter failed. Within 15 minutes of calling I had the city crew back at the house and they had the problem fixed within an hour and a half. All were good people and took care of business expeditiously. Hats off and 5 stars.
