I had a mixed experience with Mozilla Firefox Help. While their customer service was exceptional and the technicians were helpful, the overall resolution time was longer than expected. It took multiple interactions to completely resolve my issue. However, I appreciate their effort and dedication in eventually resolving my problem. I rate their services as average and hope that they can improve their response time in the future.
