Very unethical, very unprofessional. This company is bordering criminal. They garnish your payroll after they fail to follow-up on your case so they CAN collect. Think you can go to management? Mark Daniel's is one that will mock you for being in a position of collection, while his boss Alice Gonzales just backs him with her own rude, condescending attitude. Reported them to the BBB and gave management a chance to rectify THEIR ERROR by telling her I would do so and she said, "That sounds like a threat." This business is crooked. And I intend on going up the chain to put them in check or out of business.
