I recently hired a restoration company to help with some water damage in my home, and I decided to go with Rainbow International Fire and Water Restoration. Overall, my experience with them was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. Their team was prompt and professional in assessing the damage and providing a quote. However, I felt that their communication could have been better throughout the restoration process. There were times when I had to reach out to them for updates, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but there were a few minor details that could have been addressed better. Ultimately, Rainbow International Fire and Water Restoration did an adequate job, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
