I recently worked with a consulting firm and had an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services and approach. However, I had some issues with the responsiveness of their team. It often took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Additionally, the level of personalized attention was limited, and it felt like I was just another client in their roster. On the positive side, the consultants were knowledgeable and provided useful insights when we did have interactions. They demonstrated expertise in their field, but I wish there was more proactiveness and timely communication. Overall, my experience with this consulting firm was average, as they delivered on their expertise but lacked in personalized attention and responsiveness.
