I had an average experience at the Phlebotomy Learning Center. The instructors were knowledgeable, but the classes lacked engagement. The hands-on practice was helpful, but some of the equipment was outdated. The website provided important information, but it could be more user-friendly. Overall, the program was decent, but there is room for improvement.
