I had an average experience with Ausherman properties. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the communication could have been better. Overall, the property I rented was in decent condition and met my basic needs. However, there were some maintenance issues that took a bit too long to be addressed. I would consider renting from them again, but I hope they improve their responsiveness.
