I bought a few items from the Parasol Garden website recently. While the products themselves were good and arrived in a timely manner, I was quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in the packaging. The items were poorly packed, and some of them arrived slightly damaged. There was no protective padding around the items, which resulted in scratches. Despite this issue, the customer service team was responsive and offered to replace the damaged items. I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue.
