I have been a customer of Vosk for a few years now and I can say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good variety of products. However, their customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had issues with my orders and it took them longer than expected to resolve the problems. Overall, not a bad experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
