I have been using this health plan for quite some time now and I must say that I am impressed with the level of service provided. The website is simple and easy to use, and I haven't experienced any major issues. The customer service representatives are also very helpful and responsive. Overall, I would rate my experience with Virginia Premier Health Plan as great.
