My experience with Hoo exchange has had its ups and downs. The first issue I encountered was discovering that my account had been frozen, which was quite frustrating. A friend of mine mentioned that he had to activate his account before he could withdraw his funds, so he ended up helping me get my money out after all this time.

While I appreciate that Hoo.ltd Exchange is now offering refunds, I still feel uncertain about the overall trustworthiness of the platform. I am continuing to investigate to ensure the security of my funds. Thankfully, I managed to withdraw my money, but I remain cautious moving forward
