As a customer of Southern forest, I have had a mixed experience. While the quality of their products is generally good, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been instances where my queries have gone unanswered for days, and I have had to follow up multiple times to get a response. This lack of responsiveness is quite frustrating and has made me reconsider using their services in the future. Overall, I would say that Southern forest is an average company with room for improvement in their customer service department.
