I recently worked with this company for a marketing campaign and found their approach to be fairly standard. The staff was responsive and capable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to really understand my brand's needs. I also had some issues with the timeliness of deliverables, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, their website is user-friendly and provides useful information. The overall experience was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of personalized attention and meeting deadlines. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, it's just an average experience. 🤔
