I have been a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for several years now, and overall, my experience has been average. The billing process is fairly straightforward, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to pay my bill online. However, I have had a few issues with inaccurate meter readings in the past, which has resulted in higher than expected bills. Despite these minor inconveniences, overall, I would say that the service provided by LADWP is satisfactory.
