I have been a customer of Bank of America for many years and I must say their services are average. Their online banking platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but their customer service could use some improvement. I have had a few issues with account errors and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, I would say Bank of America is just an average bank.
