I worked at Querencia as a server for a little over a year and it was such a positive, educational experience. Unlike most jobs that throw you to the wolves for training, my manager, Alley Cowgill, really took the time to ensure the servers had a proper education for all food and beverage related items. She would go out of her way to pick up staff that were having car issues, and was never too busy to listen to her staff. I loved working here, the residents, management, and staff are truly amazing!
