I had a mixed experience with Burt Printing CO. The quality of the prints was good, but the customer service was lacking. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and there were some errors in my prints. They did rectify the errors eventually, but it caused some inconvenience. I hope they improve their communication and attention to detail in the future.
