As a customer of Severnside transportation data collection, I have found their services to be of average quality. While they do a decent job in collecting transportation data, there is definitely room for improvement. The data collected sometimes lacks accuracy and there have been instances of delays in report delivery. Their customer support is responsive but could be more proactive in addressing concerns. Overall, I would rate them as average.
