I am a regular customer of Southern fire alarms ltd and I must say their service is average. I have been using their fire alarm systems for the past year and although they are functional, I have had some issues with false alarms. They do provide maintenance and support, but the response time could be improved. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement.
