I recently took piano lessons with an online music school. The experience was decent, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The instructors were knowledgeable, but at times, it was difficult to get personalized attention. The online platform was easy to navigate, but I found it lacking in terms of interactive features. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there are better options out there.
