Just bought a new RX 350 last Monday and had the most amazing experience with what is normally such a painful process. Even during the whole COVID-19 thing, the dealership was top notch. If you're in the market for a car ask for Mark Dockx! He took his time with me and did an awesome explaining everything and even after the purchase still followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. As far as the financing portion David Feingold did an amazing job getting me through the application and the transfer of my trade in. He had a huge collection of add ons to offer, but never pushed anything and was super honest if there was something that would be of no use to me.
