I had a mixed experience with Drive Direct. While the drivers were professional and the vehicles were in good condition, the overall service was average. The booking process was a bit cumbersome and some of the drivers were not as punctual as I had hoped. However, the company made efforts to address my concerns and improve the experience. I appreciate their responsiveness.
