I have been ordering festival boxes from Festival in a Box Ltd for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The boxes arrived on time and the products inside were of decent quality. However, I feel that they can improve on their packaging as some of the items were damaged during transit. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
