Rak international corporate centre (RAK ICC) Government Authority Ras Al Khaimah is an average company. The services provided are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. I expected more from a government authority. They need to streamline their processes and be more responsive to customer needs. The customer service representatives are polite but not very helpful. Overall, an average experience.
