I appreciate the facts that my appointment for surgery was on time. Maureen and Dixie were very professional. Duplicate these ladies. I thank Dixie for getting my IV in on her first try. The staff made me feel comfortable which put my mind at ease. PT came in after surgery, what a fireball. I loved her spirit. Please forgive me I didnt get her name. I would select JFK for all my medical needs if I could have the same staff assist me again. Thank you all for everything .
