I asked for a ground floor room, but the receptionist said they didn't have anymore. I went to my car and came back, and she giving the person that was behind me a ground floor unit that I had just requested!! That person(customer)didn't have no reservation or anything, just stepped up asked for ground floor and got it!! The exact same thing I wanted, ground floor, no smoking 2 double beds wow!!
