They held my car hostage. Seriously. They would not give me my car back for two days while I was trying to get a new car. They insisted on keeping it no matter what I said or did. I had to hold their keys hostage to get mine!!
They would not give me a loan through the company who pre approved me, I had a loan set up. They told me the $5000 over KBB event was actually a gimmick to get customers and falsely advertised. They told me free snow tires, free oil changes for a year, free inspection for a year, only to read in fine print in the price of the vehicle was the price for each of these.
They harassed me and followed me to my car, they continued to follow me and not let me drive away. They were very arrogant, pushy, disrespectful. They went as far to ask me how I could not afford such a drastic payment (which when I called my loan company they told me was not even possible to have unless percentage was over 20%). They wanted me to tell them my life and what my money goes to. They tried telling my boyfriend he had to pay my payment so I could get the car.
I do not recommend going there at all!!!!!! They intimidate you, deface your character. They do not accept no, they do not let you have your own things back, they do not let you leave!
