I've been a member of Shut Up And Squat LLC for several months now and I absolutely love it. The trainers are friendly, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
