As a new employee of The Jay Group, I have been very impressed by the management teams integrity and their honest desire to make this a fun workplace. I am encouraged by the floor associates persistent positive attitude which speaks volumes to the type of place this is to work. As a support person, I believe my success will come from making my customers successful and this idea rings true through the various customer facing departments.
