This last visit to a Hilton hotels was very disappointing. I booked a room around 9 pm before going to a concert and called the front desk to confirm that my room would not be given to someone else even if I checked in after 12 AM. I was told by the front desk it was fine and nothing would happen. I get there around 3am only to be told that they are having a system audit and I would have to wait 45 mins before getting into my room. I asked if I would be able to just have a refund and was denied. The receptionist didn't seem to care about my situation or offer any other solution. They could have advised me that I would have a difficult time going into my room after a certain when I originally called. I will not be coming back to any Hilton brand hotel.
