We have been a proud customer for the past 16 years. But unfortunately this is now a thing of the past. The 4 star has gone down in my opinion. Appointment with reservation has not been fulfilled, room quite outdated with defects, help with solving problem negligent, everything had to be arranged at reception due to corona rules, understandable of course, but not at the expense of cleanliness and hygiene, items that you had to get at the reception or was there not to wait or long? Unfortunately for us the last time we used your hotel
