Shady Acres Saddlery Inc is an average company. The customer service is decent, and the products are of average quality. I have purchased a few saddles from them and they have lasted me a decent amount of time. However, I have noticed that some of their products are overpriced. Overall, it's an alright place to shop for equestrian supplies.
