I recently went on a trip with Nexus Expeditions and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was decent and the accommodations were satisfactory. However, there were a few issues that could have been improved. The itinerary was not as detailed as I had expected and there were some miscommunications regarding the activities included. Overall, it was an okay trip for the price I paid.
