I had a mixed experience with BlackbitBooks. There were some areas where they excelled, but there were also some areas where I felt they could improve. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. The books I ordered were of good quality and arrived in a timely manner. However, the customer service was lacking. I had a question about my order and it took a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience with BlackbitBooks as average.
