The experience I had with Logi koncept inc was average. I found their website logikoncept.com to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service was satisfactory and they were able to answer all my queries promptly. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and delivery time. Overall, my experience was neither great nor terrible.
