I recently booked a vacation with Gold Vacations and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I was not overly impressed with the customer service. The staff seemed indifferent and not very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
